In this tender and powerful episode of Spark Sessions, host Tambra welcomes Jean, who bravely shares her extraordinary journey through multiple profound losses and her path to healing. Jean's story takes us through becoming pregnant young, being disowned by her parents, caring for them through terminal cancer, losing her husband suddenly, and then discovering his betrayal after his death. Through raw vulnerability, Jean reveals how she transformed her deepest pain into purpose and found a new sense of self through spiritual awakening and healing practices.
Jean (Instagram: @thewokewidow) is a sound healer, and author with a book coming out in late summer/early fall. Through her healing practice, she creates sacred spaces for others to heal themselves, inspired by her own journey of transformation.
